Трастовая корпорация для урегулирования: корпорация, созданная в США по Закону 1989 г. при участии правительства для передачи активов обанкротившихся ссудно-сберегательных ассоциаций здоровым финансовым учреждениям, а также для ликвидации плохих активов; Трастовая корпорация находится под контролем Федеральной корпорации страхования депозитов и управляет активами ассоциаций, ставших неплатежеспособными между 1989 г. и августом 1992 г.; источником финансовых ресурсов являются Финансовая корпорация для урегулирования, кредитная линия на 5 млрд. долл. от Казначейства и федеральные банки жилищного кредита; после 1996 г. активы Трастовой корпорации должны быть переданы в Страховой фонд сберегательных ассоциаций;
